What is Peer Support?

Peer Support links people who have similar lived experience around mental health and/or substance use struggles. People with common struggles are able to share knowledge and experiences in a unique way.

Peer Support Specialists

A Peer Support Specialist is someone who has been trained to use their lived experience with mental health and/or substance use struggles to support others in finding their own path to wellness and recovery.
